30 Day Home Workout For Beginners To Lose Weight

Who can follow along with this workout program?

This program is best suited for absolute beginners whether men or women. It consists of beginner HIIT Workout that will ensure you get the best out of the workout in minimal time frame.

What will I achieve from this program?

  • Helps delay ageing process.

How long are the workouts and how many times a week do I need to workout?

Individual workouts range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes depending upon the day. Average is about 15 minutes. You will require to workout 5 times a week.

Can’t squeeze in 15 minutes? Check how much you use your social media and try to reduce the time from there. You will be surprised with the time you really own.

Do I need any equipment?

The beginner program is made just to make your body moving and as such there is no requirement of any dumbbells (In the videos, you will find coach working out with dumbbells) .

However, in my personal experience, having a dumbbell and even seeing it lying on the floor will motivate to workout.  The weight you use will be totally dependent on where your fitness level is, but most will use between 1 kgs to 5 kgs (2 -10 Pounds).

Please keep in mind that you should be your own judge and never compare your journey with others. You will definitely get there, just have to progress slowly over the time. There is no magic pill.

If you don’t have access to dumbbells, then you may utilize food cans , water bottles or anything heavy like bricks etc.

If  you have problems in knees or back, I’ll suggest you to use a thick Yoga/Exercise mat. If you are a vegetarian and feel like there is no sufficient protein intake, Whey Protein is a go-to option.

If you decide to purchase some equipments, here’s some that I recommend*.

  1.  Pair of 1 Kgs Dumb bells : For absolute beginners.
  2. Yoga/ Exercise Mat
  3. Whey Protein

(* Note: If you’re getting better deals at local shops, I definitely would prefer you buying over there )
